To Kids live parents (Children)
Thank you to those who have returned their Child Information forms. We are still waiting on many forms to be returned, so please return yours ASAP to Vanessa Luke.
As was announced last Sunday there will be no Kids LIVE this Sunday (28th). There will be toys and colouring-in materials available at the back of church to help entertain the kids. Your children may also like to bring their own games or activities to amuse themselves. Thanks.

Roster for March - including Easter (General)
The current roster finishes up in 28 February. David and Ruth are also finishing up that day, in their roles. We will pull together a roster for the month of march.. up until and including Easter to set sunday mornings in train. Please contact ConneXion via the admin email (safest over the move period) to let us know if you do not want to be part of this roster. We will not move to the new idea proposed this time.. but it maybe decided by the new operations team to instigate that into the future. If I don't hear from you, I will slot you into the roster and you will then need to make a swap with someone else if you are unavailable on that day.
Important Kids LIVE meeting (Children)
As has been communicated over the last couple of weeks we need teachers and helpers for Kids LIVE (our kids church for 3 year olds to year 6 at school). At present 2 people have come forward offering to assist for the last 3 weeks of term. In order for Kids LIVE to run during those weeks we need at least 5 (preferably 6) adult helpers - 3 teachers and 3 helpers.
If you have a love for God and children and would like to be involved in this important ministry within BBC (particularly the 3 weeks after Merry Beach) please come along to the next Kids LIVE meeting. Teaching resources will be provided. We are also still in need of a coordinator so please come along to the meeting if you feel you can contribute in this way.
The purpose of this meeting is for the current teachers and helpers to meet with people who would like to be involved in Kids LIVE in the future, and to discuss the future of Kids LIVE. We welcome any new suggestions and hope to get enough dedicated people to be able to run Kids LIVE for the remainder of the term. Details of the meeting are:

Starting time: 7pm

Item needed at new ConneXion office (General)
If anyone has one of those small tv stands on wheels (needs to be small) that had a shelf underneath to fit a dvd player, we could utilise this at the new home for ConneXion.
Also - a kitchen trolley, much like the one we once had at ConneXion, or something similar, to put our cups and kitchen supplies on.

Merry Beach latest ... If you're coming, please read!!!! (General)
All campsites have now been handed back. You can contact the park directly if you still want to come, or have friends who'd like to join us.
For those few people who have not paid the $20, please give to Ruth on Sunday.
Everyone will receive a flyer on Sunday with their campsite number and the key things you need to know about your campsite booking. The programme, code of conduct letter and helpful camp information will be provided to you via email during next week, and some hard copies will be available for those who do not have email, on Sunday 28th. See Ruth or Brigita if you ahve any questions. There are still some jobs we need help with. The list is attached. We particularly need someone to tow down the second trailer load of community site gear and be there prior to 5.00 pm on Friday night ... and someone to hold the litepro and laptop during the weekend and set up for the movie on Sunday evening.

Minutes of Management Meeting 12 November (Leadership Community)

Ministry Focus for each Sunday service from 6 Dec (Creative Arts and Worship)
It was agreed at the last MT meeting that worship services would have some more structured features from within BBC ministries. The rotation within the month will be as follows:
1st Sunday - Vision / Direction
2nd Sunday - Missions
3rd Sunday - Communion
4th Sunday - feature local BBC ministry
5th Sunday - special as we feel led / testimony?
This will begin in conjunction with the next roster from 6 December.
Art and Soul (Creative Arts and Worship)

A fellowship for people who want to explore truty, art and spirituality together as disciples of Christ. Open to all who appreciate the arts, and artists from every field of creative endeavour. Jude Morris Cai Alpha Counselling Service (General)
Jude's counselling service is still available but he will no longer be using ConneXion on Mondays as he has had plenty to keep him busy on the north side. His number is 0428 477432.
Sunday Morning Parking - thank you (General)
Thank you for parking your cars on the basketball courts. This greatly improves safety for our kids and creates a more welcoming front door to our church meetings each week.
