Term 1 2012 Roster   (Admin)
Please find the next roster attached. If you realise you can't be there on a Sunday on which you are rostered on, please organise a swap and notify Rachel on admin@brindabellabaptist.org.au, and anyone else you think likely to be affected by the swap. Thanks!

For current members of Brindabella, here is a copy of the membership covenant. - a reminder of what being a member means.

Sermons on the website   (Admin)
Sermons are now available as audio clips on the BBC website. If you look under 'Resources' -> 'Recent Sermon Audio' they are simple to work.

All the sermons from the Joshua series are now up on the website (with the exception of 14th August and 18th of September, as the recorder was not functioning). Take the time to re-listen to some of these wonderfully encouraging, and often challenging words.

The sermons have recently been updated again, with some from December now available.

Forms: Child Information Form   (Admin)
This form needs to be filled out by all under 18 year olds who participate in a church held activity. We ask this form be filled out once a year, and is kept on file for all events within that year. Please remember to fill it out a second time if information in regard to your child, changes.

Connexion hours over the Christmas period   (Admin)
The week between Christmas and New Year the Connexion office will be closed, but emails will still be checked on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and a churchwide sent.

Rachel will be away between 14 January and 29 January inclusive, any urgently pressing matters please contact the elders on elders@brindabellabaptist.org.au.

The new roster and the bulletin will be out by then (I am speaking in faith here, technology being what it is at the moment!!!), please refer to that to see who is on rostered duties when, and what is happening about the place.

Term 4 2011 Final Roster   (Admin)
attached is the final draft of the roster for term 4 and beyond Christmas. Please note that due to confusion in previous terms, this is the FINAL roster, and has been sent around for review by those involved. From now on it is your responsibility to organise a swap should you need one, and keep the Connexion office updated on what is happening.

Changes to ConneXion opening hours   (Admin)
As of Tuesday 28 June, ConneXion is no longer manned on a Thursday morning, but on a Tuesday instead. This changes the official office open hours to:

Tuesday 9:30am - 1pm
Wednesday 9:30am - 12pm

This is so that Rachel can spend more time with her youngest child in the last 6 months before she heads off to school full-time in 2012. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the office on 6292 8327 or admin@brindabellabaptist.org.au

Communications Guide - Say It Out Loud   (Admin)
We have a helpful communications guide for Brindabella. It will be posted here shortly but in the meantime, you can collect one from the information table at church or from the conneXion office.

Got something to share? The BBC Bulletin can help!   (Admin)
If you have a group that meets, an event happening, an event that you'd like to report on, or something to share, think about having it included in the monthly hard-copy Bulletin. Quotes and anecdotes are also stored for use in the future.

Feel free to include photos!

Please remember that this is a publication that visitors to our church receive as they are greeted, so bear that in mind as you are submitting something, as this will also be kept in mind while creating the bulletin.

Optimum format is via email to admin@brindabellabaptist.org.au, though documents can also be scanned and created as PDF's.

Events checklist   (Admin)
If you are planning to hold an event - large or small - at Brindabella, you will find the attachment a useful tool in preparation. We've put together an Events Checklist as well as a communications guide called Say It Out loud, which will give you prompts and clues on how to organise your event. Events Packs are available at the Information table and the checklist is posted here on the web. Diane Wade and Keith Smith are able to help you understand how to best organise finances for your event as well. Your first consideration will always be a date for your event. When you book this through ConneXion, please chat with Ruth and we recommend that you book a time to sit down with her and work through the checklist one item at a time, to ensure you are covering everything required and know how to go about finding what you need.
